Kebapcheta - Bulgarian Style Homemade Hotdogs

Recipe ingredients:

1 pound medium lean ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 pinch ground cumin
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt
3 tablespoons soda water

Recipe preparation:

Press and chop the garlic with some salt.
Mix well the ground beef with the garlic, black pepper, pinch of salt, cumin and the soda water. Let mixture stand for 15-30 minutes covered at room temperature.
Preheat the grill. With a little bit of oil on your hands make the kebapcheta to look like two and a half inches long hotdogs and place on grill. Grill on high temperature turning occasionally to prevent burning.
Serve the way you would your favourite hotdogs, or with fries and Shopska Salad.
