Fried Chicken Bits

Recipe ingredients:

1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken tights (or breast)
1/4 cup Sake (or similar)
1/3 cup Soya Sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon powdered beef stock
Flour
Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Oil for frying

 

Recipe preparation:

Cut the chicken into strips and marinade in Soya sauce, salt, black pepper and sake.

Mix egg, flour, salt, powdered beef stock and water.

Dip chicken strips into egg mixture and fry until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside.

Serve with dipping sauce (soy sauce; honey-mustard; peach or whichever you like).
