Cool Veggie Pizza

We got this recipe from a Korean friend, and it's our favourite. (My Family's Universe)

Recipe ingredients:

1 package (235g) of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (250g) cream cheese
1 ½ tsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic pressed
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
salt
2 cups assorted chopped raw vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, tomato, mushroom, carrots-shredded)
½ cup crushed pineapple from a can, drained
½ cup (3oz.) old cheddar cheese grated

Recipe preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Unroll crescent roll dough in a 9 x 13 pan. With polling pin put the dough together and bake 12-15 min or until golden brown. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and seasoning in a bowl. After crust has cooled down completely, spread the mixture evenly on top.

Sprinkle the chopped vegetables, pineapple and grated cheese. Cut as regular pizza and serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
